Reclaim Men's Healing Program is operated by Rudi Doku, based in Melbourne, Australia. We provide a 10-week group healing program and related resources for male survivors of coercive control.

• Name (or pseudonym — you are welcome to use one) and contact details when you book a discovery call or enquire about the program

• Payment information when you enrol (processed securely through third-party payment providers — we do not store card details)

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected through standard website analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Administer your participation in the program

We strongly recommend using a device and email address your partner does not have access to when communicating with us, especially if you are still in the relationship.

Program Recordings

Group sessions may be recorded for the sole purpose of allowing participants to catch up on sessions they have missed. These recordings are:

• Stored securely and accessible only to current program participants
• Never shared with anyone outside the program group
• Deleted after the program concludes and the alumni access period ends

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording sessions themselves. This is a condition of participation.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Squarespace — website hosting and forms
• Acuity Scheduling — booking discovery calls
• Zoom — delivering group sessions
• Google — document storage and email

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services if you have concerns.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in Australia and your data may be processed and stored in Australia or in other countries where our service providers operate.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
