What you're hoping seven months would change
How the group works, and what a weekend is like
Whether the timing is right, which is a real question and not a polite one
Cost, dates and anything else practical

Worth having if

You're through the worst of a separation and still working out what it meant
You've read the program page and can't tell whether it's for you
You've tried something shorter and it didn't touch it
You want to know who you'd be in a room with for seven months
You want to ask something you'd rather not put in an application

What it isn't

It isn't a sales call. If the group isn't right for you, or isn't right yet, the useful outcome of the conversation is finding that out. It also isn't a therapy session or an assessment, and nothing you say here is scored.

You won't be pushed to decide on the call. Applications are separate and come later, and nobody is asked for money on a first conversation.

If it fits, we'll tell you when applications open and what's in one.
If it doesn't, we'll say so and point you at something better suited.

What happens to what you tell us

What you say in this conversation stays between us and isn't shared with anyone else, including anyone in the group. Notes are kept to what we need to work out fit, and nothing is passed to a third party.

There are limits, and you should know them now rather than later. If it becomes clear that you or someone else is at serious risk, or that a child is at risk of harm, we may need to act on that, including by contacting someone who can help. Wherever it is possible to do so, we will tell you at the time and involve you in it.

Questions men ask first

Do I have to have my life together to be useful in this? What if I'm still in the middle of the separation? Is this a Men's Behaviour Change Program? What does the program cost? Someone might see my browsing or my calendar Can I move it or cancel? Will you try to talk me into it?
