Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in the program
By booking a discovery call, enrolling in the Reclaim Men's Healing Program, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.
About the Program
The Reclaim Men's Healing Program is a 10-week structured group healing program for male survivors of coercive control and domestic abuse. The program is facilitated by Rudi Doku, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Certified Integral Coach based in Melbourne, Australia.
Not a Substitute for Professional Treatment
The Reclaim program is a healing and coaching program, not a mental health treatment service. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care and is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional support.
The program works best alongside — not instead of — individual therapeutic support. Participation in the program does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Eligibility
The program is open to adult men (18 years and over) who have experienced or are experiencing coercive control or domestic abuse in an intimate relationship. Participation is subject to a discovery call assessment to ensure the program is an appropriate fit.
We reserve the right to decline participation or ask a participant to leave the program if their participation poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of other group members or the facilitator. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be considered at our discretion.
Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in the program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan, along with completion of any required intake process.
Current pricing:
- Full payment: $1,897 AUD
- Payment plan: 3 monthly instalments of $649 AUD
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available for those facing genuine financial barriers. These are discussed and agreed during the discovery call and are at our sole discretion.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if you notify us before the first session begins.
Within the first two sessions, if you feel the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund. Refund requests after the second session will not be accepted, as your spot has been reserved and materials prepared specifically for the cohort.
If the program is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Confidentiality
All participants are required to maintain strict confidentiality about what is shared within the group. This means:
- You may not share identifying information about other participants outside the group
- You may not record sessions by any means (audio, video, or otherwise)
- You may not share session recordings provided by the facilitator with anyone outside the group
Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.
The facilitator is bound by professional confidentiality standards. Information shared in the program will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of harm.
Attendance and Participation
The program involves 10 weekly group sessions. You are expected to attend all sessions. We understand that circumstances change — if you miss a session, a recording will be made available to you via the private participant portal.
If you are unable to commit to the program after enrolment, please notify us as soon as possible. Consistent non-attendance without communication may result in removal from the group to protect the integrity of the cohort.
Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other group members. We will not tolerate behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to others in the group.
The program space is men-only. Participants must identify as male to participate.
Participants are encouraged to be honest about their experiences, but are not required to share more than they are comfortable with at any time.
Legal Matters
The program is a healing and personal development program. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or documentation for use in legal proceedings.
Nothing discussed or shared in the program constitutes legal advice. For legal matters related to your situation, please consult a qualified family lawyer.
Session content and participant disclosures are not admissible as evidence in legal proceedings and will not be provided to courts, legal representatives, or any other parties.
